you can perform this program being on a calorie deficit, maintenance or surplus
equipment required: free weights, cable machine, other machines
INTERMEDIATE
A 4-day per week split program focused on body recomposition that involves fat loss, building muscle and increasing overall strength.

includes TEMPO work (the speed of the exercise)

A 4-day per week Home-Based program focused on fat loss, building muscle, improving endurance and increasing overall strength. All you need is a few sets of dumbbells and some resistance bands.

SCULPT
A 3-day per week split program focused on body recomposition that involves fat loss, building muscle and increasing overall strength.

ABOUT ME
Hi, I am Alexa. Born and raised in Belarus, moved to Miami 7 years ago. I have been in a gym environment for over 10 years now. Started out as a complete beginner, went through different fitness phases (weight loss, maintenance, muscle gain), and had a lot of ups and downs, but I am still here, moving my body every day and feeling stronger than ever. I have been working as an In-Person trainer for over 3 years, training clients daily as my full-time job.
I am a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition coach, currently going through a Pre and Post natal certification to help all my future and current moms to feel stronger. I am thrilled to help every woman out there to uncover her potential and create a new routine that will change her life. The feeling of being strong is the best feeling out there. I want all my ladies to be strong, confident, and proud.
